What is Wellness Coaching
Wellness Coaching can help you to improve your way of life to gain more happiness and well-being. While most of us know what it takes to live a healthy and well-balanced life we find it extremely challenging to implement and stick to necessary changes.
During Wellness Coaching your coach will become your ally on your journey to make lasting lifestyle changes which will allow you to live the life you have always imagined.
At ShineThroughWellness we take a holistic approach to all aspects of wellbeing. We help you to take stock of your life, health and circumstances. Your coach will work with you on a one-on-one basis in a calm and supportive environment. Together we work on identifying what you want, why you want it and what is stopping you from achieving it.
We support you in creating a mapped out action plan with tools and techniques to create positive and lasting health and lifestyle changes.

Support you in creating your unique wellness/lifestyle plan
Help you to identify and mobilise your personal strengths
Brainstorm creative ways, tool and techniques to move forward and tackle challenges/obstacles that may get in your way
